Professional Development luncheons are held at different locations throughout the City of Lima. All of which are free for members. ProD events are designed to enhance skills necessary to become leaders within the community. ProD's offer networking at the beginning of each event, lunch, brief presentation by the host location and a keynote speaker. Topics vary based upon the industry in which we are visiting or relevance to the development of leadership skills or current issues affecting YPs or the community.
